TF Chemtex may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. In these Terms and Conditions "we", "our", "us" and "Ultimate TF Chemtex" refer to "TF Chemtex"; "you", "your" and "yourself" refers to the customer and/or user of the website.

TF Chemtex is an online shop (the Service) that offers car care, boat care and other similar products.

Acceptance of Terms.

By accessing the content of www.tfchemtex.co.uk ("the Website") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy available via the link on our home page. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

All intellectual property of TF Chemtex such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of TF Chemtex. By using the Website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of TF Chemtex and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

TF Chemtex reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force and effect.

Complaints Procedure.

You can make a complaint in writing or by e-mail. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order or reference number so we may retrieve all details from our records.

We will reply within 2 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time - for instance, because a detailed investigation is required - we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability.

We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer's purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Pricing Errors.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Product Images / Specifications.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information. If, however you spot a mistake with any image or product specification please let us know.

TF Chemtex 14 days Returns Policy

Non-faulty Items.

We feel it is important our customers have the opportunity to inspect their purchases. Our 14-day return policy has no hidden catches - we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on All Purchases. All we ask is you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and take reasonable care of the goods whilst they're in your care and when sending them back to us. Please contact us first to get a Returns Authorisation Number and so we can give you the address to send the items to. Once your return is received and inspected by our trained staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund. Whilst the cost for non-faulty return of the goods lies with the customer, we will refund the full cost of the goods and any initial carriage charges, and send an email to let you know.

Faulty Items.

Please do not send your faulty purchase back to us before contacting TF Chemtex immediately when a product is faulty. Depending on the weight of the item, faulty items will either be collected by us, or we will refund your postage costs for the return. Faulty items will be inspected and replacements dispatched via courier.

If for any reason, you are issued with a refund, please note the following:

We will apply the refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business days to post to your account. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 5 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.

Order Cancellation.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as non-faulty items above.
